A little more about psychotherapy and what you can expect:

You may have come across my page because you have recognized a need within yourself.

You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, or low self-worth. Perhaps you need help dealing with the stresses in your life. You could be going through life changes and adjustments that you would like to navigate and make sense of. You may need to process a loss that you are grieving or a trauma you have survived. Perhaps you have noticed your relationships and areas of life have been impacted. Maybe you are looking to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Through psychotherapy I journey with you in the pursuit of self-awareness and healing.

In my sessions I promote gaining insight into yourself and processing emotions linked to past and present experiences. I believe that to be able to connect meaningfully with others, we need to first connect with ourselves.

We will work to explore current difficulties and I will provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. In your first session you and I will discuss your needs and treatment goals to assist in personalising your therapeutic experience.

Below are my areas of interest:

  • Depression    & Mood Disorders
  • Anxiety
  • Addiction     / Substance Use Disorder
  • Sessions     for people who have a loved one struggling with addiction
  • Adjustment     & life changes
  • Grief     & loss
  • Burnout
  • Self-worth
  • Self-discovery
  • Resilience
  • Autism
