The practice charges medical aid rates.

In the event that we are not linked to your medical aid, you can settle the account with the practice and then claim back from your medical aid. Sessions not cancelled 24 hours before the time will be charged in full - and medical aids will not cover the costs.

Should we not be contracted to your medical aid, you can claim directly from your medical aid.
Please note: It is the client’s responsibility to contact your medical aid, to enquire if your plan will cover sessions and how many.
We provide both online and in-person sessions.

A booking is only confirmed once:
We have received your completed booking form, and
You have received a booking confirmation email from our practice.
If you are an existing client, you can email your treating psychologist directly to schedule your next session.

Please note: Although our consulting rooms are located at StellDoc Medical Centre, our administrative team works remotely. The StellDoc reception staff are unable to assist with appointments or administrative enquiries.
As our team is often in session, email is the only way to contact us. Please also keep in mind as we are a small practice, our administrative team work on a part-time basis. Kindly note we are a therapeutic practice and sessions are scheduled ahead of time, we do not offer crisis / emergency / walk-in sessions. Emergency resources are outlined below.
